OFFICIAL PROMOTION TERMS

PURCHASE REQUIRED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

These Official Promotion Terms govern The Positive Christian’s “Your Order Could Be 100% Free” promotion, referred to below as the “Promotion.”

By participating, customers agree to these Official Promotion Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Promotion.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored and administered by:

The Sponsor is solely responsible for administering the Promotion and issuing qualifying refunds.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on September 19, 2026.

The Sponsor’s website and order-processing system will serve as the official timekeeping system.

Orders placed before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who:

• Are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is higher

• Reside in a jurisdiction in which the Promotion is lawful

• Place an Eligible Order during the Promotion Period

• Comply with these Official Promotion Terms

Residents of Florida, New York and Rhode Island are not eligible.

Employees, owners, officers, contractors and representatives of Bocken, LLC, along with members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Eligible Orders

An “Eligible Order” is a legitimate retail order that:

• Is placed through https://thepositivechristian.com/

• Is completed during the Promotion Period

• Is successfully paid

• Is placed by an eligible customer

• Is intended for personal use or genuine gift-giving

• Is not a wholesale, resale or bulk-commercial transaction

• Is not canceled, declined, disputed, charged back or identified as fraudulent

• Complies with these Official Promotion Terms and the Sponsor’s normal website policies

Wholesale orders are excluded.

Gift cards, store-credit purchases and recurring membership charges are excluded. An initial eligible retail order containing ordinary merchandise may qualify, but future subscription or membership charges are not included.

Limit one Eligible Order per person and household during the Promotion Period. If multiple orders are placed by the same person or household, only the first otherwise eligible order will be included in the selection process.

The Sponsor may use names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, payment information, device information and other reasonably available information to enforce this limitation and prevent manipulation or abuse.

5. No Promotional Code Required

No promotional code is required.

Eligible Orders will automatically be included in the computerized selection process after the Promotion Period ends.

Customers must complete checkout and pay for their orders normally. Customers should not expect to learn whether their order was selected before completing their purchase.

6. Selection of Refunded Orders

After the Promotion Period ends, the Sponsor will compile a final list of all verified Eligible Orders.

Approximately 20% of the verified Eligible Orders will be selected using a computerized random-selection process. The number of selected orders will be calculated by dividing the total number of verified Eligible Orders by five and rounding to the nearest whole number.

Every verified Eligible Order will have an equal chance of being selected.

The selection is expected to occur within five business days after the Promotion Period ends.

The Sponsor may verify eligibility, payment status, order legitimacy and compliance with these terms before or after conducting the selection.

An order initially selected may be disqualified if it does not satisfy these Official Promotion Terms. If a selected order is disqualified, the Sponsor may select an alternate order.

7. Complete Refund

Each verified customer whose Eligible Order is selected will receive a refund of 100% of the amount actually paid to the Sponsor for that order, including:

• Merchandise charges

• Shipping charges paid to the Sponsor

• Sales tax collected on the order

• Any other eligible amount included in the completed checkout total and paid directly to the Sponsor

The refund will reflect discounts, promotional credits or other price reductions applied when the order was placed.

There is no predetermined maximum refund amount. However, all orders remain subject to product availability, reasonable household quantities, fraud review and the prohibition against wholesale, resale and bulk-commercial purchases.

The Promotion does not provide reimbursement for expenses paid to third parties.

8. Notification and Refund Processing

Customers whose orders are selected will be notified using the email address associated with their orders.

The Sponsor expects to initiate each approved refund within 10 business days after completing eligibility verification.

Refunds will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, the Sponsor may contact the customer to arrange another lawful method.

After the Sponsor initiates a refund, the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to post it. The Sponsor does not control third-party processing times.

A legitimate selected customer will not be required to pay a fee to receive the refund.

9. Canceled, Returned or Disputed Orders

An order that is canceled, declined, fully refunded, disputed or charged back before the selection process is not eligible.

If part of an order is returned or refunded before selection, the Promotion refund will be limited to the amount remaining after the prior return or refund.

Once a selected order has been completely refunded through this Promotion, the customer will not receive an additional cash refund, store credit or gift card for subsequently returning merchandise from that order, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise remains subject to the Sponsor’s normal replacement procedures.

10. Fraud, Manipulation and Abuse

The Sponsor may disqualify any order or customer associated with:

• False or misleading information

• Multiple identities or accounts

• Attempts to circumvent the entry limitation

• Automated or scripted activity

• Unauthorized payment methods

• Fraudulent transactions

• Chargebacks or payment disputes

• Wholesale or resale activity

• Artificially divided orders

• Purchases exceeding reasonable household quantities

• Conduct intended to manipulate or interfere with the Promotion

• Violations of these Official Promotion Terms

The Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning fraud, eligibility and Promotion abuse are final, subject to applicable law.

11. Tax Matters

Customers are responsible for any federal, state or local tax obligations that may result from receiving a promotional refund.

The Sponsor may request information or issue tax documentation when required by law. Customers should consult their own tax professionals regarding their individual circumstances.

12. Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used to:

• Process orders

• Determine eligibility

• Conduct the random selection

• Notify selected customers

• Issue refunds

• Prevent fraud

• Maintain Promotion records

• Comply with legal obligations

13. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, customers receiving promotional refunds may be asked for permission to allow the Sponsor to publish their first name, last initial, city, state and refund amount.

The Sponsor will obtain separate permission before using a customer’s photograph, testimonial, full name or other detailed personal information for advertising.

Declining an optional publicity request will not affect an otherwise valid refund.

14. Technical Problems

The Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Website outages

• Internet or network failures

• Payment-processing errors

• Incorrect customer information

• Delayed or undelivered emails

• Orders not completed during the Promotion Period

• Unauthorized access or intervention

• Software, hardware or system failures

• Events outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control

If a technical problem, fraud, unauthorized intervention or other event materially affects the fairness or proper administration of the Promotion, the Sponsor may suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion to the extent permitted by law.

If the Promotion is terminated early, the Sponsor may conduct the selection using verified Eligible Orders received before the termination.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participating customers agree to release and hold harmless Bocken, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, service providers and affiliates from claims arising from:

• Participation in the Promotion

• The selection or nonselection of an order

• Acceptance or use of a promotional refund

• Technical or administrative errors

• Delays caused by banks, card issuers or payment providers

• Unauthorized intervention or fraud

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived.

16. Social-Media Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest or any other social-media platform on which it may be advertised.

Participating customers release the applicable social-media platforms from responsibility relating to the Promotion.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promotion and these Official Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute must be brought individually and not as part of a class, collective or representative action, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Any legal proceeding must be filed in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Gaston County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires another location.

18. Changes to the Promotion

The Sponsor may clarify these Official Promotion Terms to correct typographical, technical or administrative errors.

The Sponsor will not materially reduce the stated chances of selection or the value of an already earned promotional refund after the Promotion Period begins, except when required by law or circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Official Promotion Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
