Your Member Wallet appears at checkout as store credit. Just make sure you’re logged into your account and select it during checkout to apply it to your order.
See the image example below showing where to access it during checkout.
You can check your balance anytime inside your account under Profile.
Simply scroll down to view your payment methods along with your available Store Credit balance.
